Audubon Campus The Audubon Campus is located in the Gate House and Carriage House of the Betzwood Estate at 2540 S. Parkview Drive in Audubon, PA. Just off of Rt. 422 and Trooper Road, the property sits on several acres of land, with open fields, as well as tree lined nature trails. The Audubon Campus serves children 6 weeks thru 13 Years of age. Of the two buildings on the estate property, the Carriage House cares for both the Infants and Toddlers under 24 months while the Gate House serves Toddlers over 24 months thru school-age children.
