There are many activities at a Philadelphia summer camp that are more traditional and strongly associated with the camp experience. From swimming to camp sing-alongs, summer activity centers offer these expected offerings to their attendees. At Les Petits Cherubs, however, there is an elevated level of options in summer activities. One of the most interesting and popular is fly fishing for kids. This activity, which is both fun and functional in that it teaches children motor skills as well as entertains them, is unique to Les Petits Cherubs and a popular option in summer play.
Fly Fishing For Kids On the Banks of the Schyulkill
Les Petits Cherubs’ summer camp is set on 11 acres next to Valley Forge Park and the Schyulkill River. Campers will be taken to the water’s edge to enjoy days in the fun and sun learning a new skill or building on skills they already have. The beauty of the location will be sure to leave your child with an impression that goes above and beyond the activity itself. Your child will receive individual attention but in a group setting which also offers the opportunity for social interaction. As with many programs offered at Les Petits Cherubs, this program aims to address the emotional, cognitive, and physical developmental needs of children.
